This is the final exam for second-year students at Mugiwara Bouton Academy. It may be a massive inside joke, but it's still a decent, short game to refresh/practice your Japanese. It is a simple crossword, except all the clues are Kanji that you need to write out in Hiragana so they fit in the grid. Unlike classical crosswords, the clues do not tell you where the words are supposed to go; part of the puzzle is figuring out how to make everything fit in the grid. That's why there are different versions of the puzzle depending on how hard you want the puzzle to be (see the Contents image for a description).
